I found the home buying process to be pretty stressful initially, especially as I was buying my first home. I had tried different realtors and felt as if it was rushed, or I just did not understand what I was really buying. They did not have the patience nor did they explain much (ex: what all the HOA’s really entailed or if you could rent out a condo). It was hard to find someone to trust when it felt like the realtors were just trying to make a quick sale. John was excellent to work with. From start to finish he was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns and with this being our first purchase we definitely had a lot of questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy going. He made our purchasing experience perfect! Would recommend him to everyone that is looking at buying or selling in Montana.
