Working with John made me wonder why or how he could possibly have any free time. He made a cumbersome, cluttered mess into a sellable property and it sold in four days. I know of no other realtor (and I have bought and sold 7 homes) that would put in the time and extensive effort that he did. Had it not been for him handling this transaction, it would have taken months instead of weeks to reach completion. He saved us money as well as emotional stress.
John was there for us throughout the selling and negotiating process. His expertise in the real-estate market is unmatched. He listens and advises on best path forward. Was a pleasure to work with him.
John was excellent to work with. From start to finish he was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns and with this being our first purchase we definitely had a lot of questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy going. He made our purchasing experience perfect! Would recommend him to everyone that is looking at buying or selling in Montana.
I found the home buying process to be pretty stressful initially, especially as I was buying my first home. I had tried different realtors and felt as if it was rushed, or I just did not understand what I was really buying. They did not have the patience nor did they explain much (ex: what all the HOA’s really entailed or if you could rent out a condo). It was hard to find someone to trust when it felt like the realtors were just trying to make a quick sale. I will say that John was a great realtor throughout the entire process and I’m glad I found him when I did. He was great at his job and really did seem to care that I found a home that I liked and would be a good fit for me. He was upfront, honest and communicated everything.
